CAAB Report 123 |
Tuesday 8 June 2004 Within a very short time of arriving at the weekly Tuesday demonstration at USAF Menwith Hill, Lindis Percy was (for the fourth week running) arrested for allegedly breaching the 'warning' s.69 'aggravated trespass' (Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). Lindis was taken to Harrogate Police Station (HPS) and detained for a very short time before being bailed to return to HPS on 16 June 2004. This matter will be added to the three other similar arrests. Lindis will answer to bail to find out what the CPS intend to do. The weather is getting better! If you turn your back to the base the scenery is wonderful and after all the demonstration is only for 2 hours a week! You can stay as long as you like but....please come! |
