The case in the High Court which was due to be
heard last week, was once again taken out of the Court List a week before
it was due to be heard (Lindis Percy and the incident at USAF Croughton
March 2003 - refer to CAAB Court Reports at Northampton Magistrates' Court
www.caab.org.uk) The case was
postponed until February 2005 when it is likely that other cases will be
joined to this one.
