Update re Anni Rainbow's appeal (Leeds
Crown Court) against conviction and sentence
s.69 'aggravated trespass' Criminal
Justice and Public Order Act 1994)
This case is part heard because Anni was in
hospital when, at a pretrial hearing the issue of whether the
area leading up to the main gates at Menwith Hill was part of
the highway. The hearing was adjourned.
Anni is not fit enough at the moment to
continue the case but will be letting the court know as soon as she
can.
