Lindis was arrested at Menwith Hill for breach of bail conditions - 'not to enter any MOD property (bail conditions Fylingdales) and' not to go within 1 metre of the perimeter fence or yellow line on the ground in front of the main gate or any gate at Menwith Hill' (bail conditions at Menwith Hill).

Bail was denied and she was held overnight at Harrogate Police Station and appeared mid afternoon at Harrogate Magistrates' Court the next day. While in police custody there was a nasty incident concerning four women police officers. Lindis has made a complaint about this and other treatment while in custody.

Harrogate Magistrates reimposed the same bail conditions.
